Position: Front Desk Team Member – Gold’s Gym – Venice
About: The Front Desk Team Member at a gym will warmly greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the facility. This role involves providing control of the front door location, assisting with member requests, and performing administrative duties as directed by the Gym General Manager. The Front Desk Team Member plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a memorable guest experience at the gym.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Excellent customer service skills are required; Organized, structured, and friendly with a passion for fitness; Good communication skills, both verbal and written; Understanding of basic cash processing procedures; Proficient in using POS and CRM systems; Ability to multitask; Flexible work schedule including holidays and weekends; Capable of bending, squatting, lifting upwards of 50lbs, and standing for extended periods; Compliance with all company policies and procedures
