Position: Front Desk Supervisor
About: Pet Paradise is a full-service pet care destination dedicated to providing premium care for furry family members, offering resort-style pet day camp and care, professional pet grooming, low-stress veterinary care, and home-like overnight boarding across more than 60 locations in eleven states. They are currently expanding in the United States and focus on creating a safe and entertaining environment for pets.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; two years or more in a customer service role (Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist) highly preferred; prior supervisory experience highly preferred; strong organizational, cash management, and sales skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; flexibility to work varying schedules including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times; valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check
