Position: Front Desk Specialist
About: Responsible for managing reservations and providing exceptional guest experiences, Parx Casino is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Specialist to join their team. The role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring all rooms meet high standards. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about travel planning websites and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. required; experience as a Front Desk Specialist, Receptionist, or equivalent role preferred; familiarity with hotel reservation software; understanding of travel planning websites; ability to address guest concerns and expectations; excellent communication and organizational skills; willingness to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays; knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
