Position: Front Desk Representative – Part Time
About: The Front Desk Representative serves as the first point of contact for the organization and represents a friendly and professional work environment. The Receptionist manages the front desk, greets visitors, answers incoming calls, and provides general administrative support for various departments. Work hours range from 25-29 hours per week.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED with a minimum of one (1) year customer service experience; excellent phone etiquette; excellent verbal communication skills; punctual; able to work with minimum supervision; customer service driven; knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access); able to multi-task; professional appearance
