Position: FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE
About: Provides excellent service to all hotel guests by checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering guest questions and resolving guest concerns in a positive manner. The position involves welcoming guests, explaining check-in and check-out procedures, promoting the property, managing cash flow, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Requirements: Previous experience working in a front desk, reception, or customer service position preferred; Outstanding guest service skills; Ability to proactively initiate upbeat conversations with guests; Ability to compassionately work with upset guests; Understanding of non-verbal communication; Ability to promote property events and amenities; Ability to explain different types of rooms available to guests; Polite and outgoing personality; Ability to work efficiently with cash, computer, and a 10-key machine; High school diploma or equivalent preferred
