Position: Front Desk Receptionist
About: The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, College of Nursing, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a full-time, benefits-eligible position within its federally qualified community health center, Belleview Point Clinic in Aurora, CO. The clinic provides primary care services to residents primarily from Arapahoe, Denver, and Jefferson counties, offering a wide range of healthcare services including prenatal care, behavioral health, dentistry, and outpatient substance abuse treatment.
Requirements: Two years of general clerical experience; college or university coursework may substitute on a year for year basis for experience; must be willing to work in a patient care environment with exposure to biological hazards and infectious diseases; must pass a background check including a sex offender check; preferred qualifications include experience providing support in diverse customer groups, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, familiarity with health insurance plans, electronic health record system usage, and bilingual skills (Spanish/English) at a conversational level.
