About: Healthy Hound Playground is an upscale dog daycare, boarding kennel, and grooming salon located in Rockville, MD. We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team, someone who adores dogs, excels in phone and email communication, and ensures a warm welcome for our customers.
Requirements: Must be available to work one weekend day and holidays; adept at learning POS software; excellent customer-facing skills with an outgoing and friendly demeanor; excellent email and phone etiquette; excellent organizational skills; ability to memorize and follow processes; ability to multitask; ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail.
