Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months experience in customer service; proficient knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software; accurate and efficient electronic data entry; punctual with excellent attendance; organized, detail-oriented, and takes initiative; strong multitasking, problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; thrives in a changing work environment with physical demands including sitting for extended periods, bending, lifting, and walking.
