Position: Front Desk Receptionist
About: Contract-to-hire role for an onsite Corporate Concierge/Receptionist at a global SaaS firm located in Boston. The receptionist/concierge is responsible for providing superior customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a professional appearance of the building lobby and reception area, coordinating events, handling mail and shipping functions, and managing security requirements among other duties.
Requirements: Minimum high school diploma or GED; multi-tasking skills; 1-3 years of concierge/front desk reception experience; professional appearance and demeanor; energetic and detail-oriented; basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Word, Excel, SharePoint a Plus); customer service experience; organizational skills; ability to pass a comprehensive background check; problem-solving abilities
