Requirements: High school education or GED equivalent; minimum two years of medical office experience; working knowledge of general office duties and contracted insurance plans; accurate data entry skills; good verbal and written communication skills; great telephone skills; ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR software; excellent customer service and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality; thorough knowledge of HIPAA policy
