Position: Front Desk Receptionist
About: The Timbers of Shorewood retirement community is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and welcoming experience. This role involves answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting guests and residents, managing mail and deliveries, and performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and paperwork processing.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in data entry and administrative tasks; ability to provide a welcoming and friendly environment for guests and residents
