Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; MS Office proficiency, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry), and basic math skills; excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality, and exceptional customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; previous experience in a similar role desired but not required; full-time availability
