Requirements: High school diploma/GED required; MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills; excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and amazing customer service skills; verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with others; previous experience in a similar role desired but not required.
