Position: Front Desk Manager – Hilton Norfolk The Main
About: Directs and coordinates all front office operations, guest services, and parking services to ensure adherence to budget and staffing guidelines, compliance with policies, and optimal guest experience. Monitors productivity and maintains franchise compliance while resolving guest concerns and implementing training programs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory/management position; minimum of 3 years experience in front office setting at a major hotel, preferably full service; strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities; proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PMS systems; good verbal communication skills
