Requirements: Previous experience in handling guest complaints and resolving conflicts effectively; Demonstrated ability to upsell hotel services and amenities; Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a visually appealing lobby environment; Proficiency in additional languages beyond English; Participation in relevant training and development programs related to hospitality industry best practices; A high school degree or equivalent is required; Additional certifications or coursework in hospitality management or related fields are preferred. Responsible Beverage Service Certification Required and California Food Handlers Certificate Required
