As a front desk and host Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring positive and welcoming initial impressions for our Guests at Dave & Buster’s.
Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age; restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred; ability to communicate effectively with multiple Guests; dressed in accordance with dress guidelines; ability to read and communicate in English; skilled at responding to dissatisfied Guests; availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends; able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds; stand for long periods of time; reach, bend, and stoop frequently
