Requirements: A high school degree or equivalent is required; previous experience in handling guest complaints and resolving conflicts effectively; demonstrated ability to upsell hotel services and amenities; strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a visually appealing lobby environment; proficiency in additional languages beyond English; participation in relevant training and development programs related to hospitality industry best practices
