Position: Front Desk/Host
About: Dave & Buster’s is a vibrant entertainment destination where no two days are the same. With a focus on providing a positive and welcoming experience for guests, our front desk and host team ensures that every guest’s visit is memorable and enjoyable.
Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age; restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required; ability to communicate effectively with multiple guests; skilled at calmly responding to dissatisfied guests and escalating issues when necessary; must be able to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to guests; must be dressed according to company guidelines; ability to read and communicate in English
