Position: Front Desk/Host
About: Dave & Buster’s is a vibrant entertainment and dining establishment where every day brings new and exciting experiences. With a focus on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, our front desk and host positions play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service in retail, game rentals, and dining experiences.
Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age; Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required; Ability to communicate effectively with multiple guests while generating enthusiasm for Dave & Buster’s; Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English; Must be able to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to guests; Must be skilled at calmly responding to dissatisfied guests and calling issues to manager’s attention
