Requirements: High school diploma/GED required; preferably an associate degree and 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; experience with CRM/SIS/LMS systems is a plus; customer service and fast-paced switchboard experience required; ability to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends; organized, multitasking skills, positive attitude
