Requirements: 2-4 years of Office/Administrative Assistant work experience preferred; High School Diploma considered; Associate’s Degree preferred; Ability to build relationships with all levels and personality types; Strong customer service skills; ability to tactfully handle phone calls, filter as appropriate and redirect to other sources if necessary; Strong organization and planning skills with high attention to detail; Ability to take initiative without being prompted and work independently with minimal supervision; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple programs and tasks simultaneously; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information; Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft suite applications, especially Word, Excel and Power Point; Demonstrate ability to use discretion and make sound judgment; Analytical abilities sufficient to handle most complex clerical functions
