Position: Front Desk Coordinator
About: WestBridge is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the organization, managing administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service for all visitors and callers at the main phone line.
Requirements: Associates Degree and/or two years related experience or training; ability to present in a professional, friendly and enthusiastic manner; knowledge of rules and regulations governing confidentiality; experience using business software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and QuickBooks; strong organizational skills; ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail; ability to approach problems from a solution-focused perspective; successful pre-employment drug screen with negative results is required
