Position: Front Desk Clerk (Part Time, $15.00/hr.) Graylyn Conference Center
About: Performs the operations of the front desk and runs computer programs that assist in daily responsibilities, ensuring excellent service to faculty, staff, students, and campus guests. Weekend availability is required.
Requirements: High school degree or GED with two years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, the internet, and other relevant software; ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner; ability to organize workflow and coordinate activities; ability to maintain effective customer relations; currently hold or obtain certifications, if applicable; physical requirements include light work, standing, walking, talking, hearing, and close visual acuity, subject to inside environmental conditions, not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
