About: The Hospitality House in Charleston, WV is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join their team. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for registering guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, assisting with room assignments, and ensuring excellent customer service in alignment with the Hospitality House policies.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to operate basic business office equipment; experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
