Requirements: One year of professional customer service experience; possess excellent verbal communication skills; have a friendly and professional demeanor; be team-oriented and solutions-oriented; anticipate needs of others and take measures to provide effective support; time management skills are necessary; possess basic computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Benefits: Flexible schedule available for both full-time and part-time shifts, including days, swing, and overnights, Pay: $19.50/hour, $1.00 shift differential for hours worked between 11:00 pm and 6:59 am, Campus Hosts may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week for 37.5 weeks per year, with time off between semesters to pursue personal endeavors, Applications accepted on an ongoing basis
