Position: Front Desk/Call Center Receptionist
About: Diagnostic Outpatient Imaging specializes in providing imaging exams such as CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, Bone Density, and X-Ray to the community in a welcoming and professional manner at their three locations in town.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED; three years administrative experience in a medical office; excellent verbal and written communication skills; reliability and flexibility to work different shifts; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels; high degree of confidentiality and ethics; analytical ability and detail-oriented; ability to work under pressure with constant interruptions; strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills; knowledge of computer operations and MS Office software
