Requirements: Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role; excellent communication and organizational skills; proficiency in handling reservations software and phone systems; strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills; ability to stand for extended periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
