Position: Front Desk Agent Holiday Inn Resort
About: Landry’s is a hospitality company located at 5002 Seawall seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest services and concierge assistance at the hotel. Responsibilities include greeting guests, check-ins and check-outs, answering calls, making reservations, providing information, and resolving guest issues promptly and courteously.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
