Position: Front Desk Agent-Full Time (English & Japanese Speaking), $32.74/Hour
About: Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team. The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a magical experience for all guests at the resort. Responsibilities include assisting guests during check-in and check-out, providing information on resort services and activities, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the Front Desk and Porte Cochere area.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; previous cash handling and computer experience; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle large amounts of money with integrity; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to handle stressful situations calmly; must be at least 18 years old and available for any shift, seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
