Position: Front Desk Agent – Full Time (English/Japanese Speaking), $32.74/Hour

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, providing information on resort services and activities to enhance their stay.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous cash handling and computer experience; ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment; excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills; enthusiastic about guest interactions; must be at least 18 years old; full availability for all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred; proficient in English and Japanese languages; previous hotel/front desk experience; leadership experience; experience in a high-volume office environment; knowledge of Hawaiian language preferred
