Position: Front Desk Agent – Full Time (English/Japanese Speaking), $32.74/Hour
About: Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out of hotel rooms and villas, providing information on resort services and activities, and creating magical experiences for guests. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional guest services at Aulani.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous cash handling and computer experience; ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment; strong multitasking skills; excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities; minimum age of 18; full availability for any shift, seven days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays; proficiency in English and Japanese preferred; knowledge of Hawaiian language a plus; previous hotel/front desk experience and leadership experience preferred; experience in a high volume, fast-paced office environment or Hawaiian tourism/hospitality role preferred
