Position: Front Desk Agent – Full Time (English/Japanese Speaking), $32.74/Hour
About: Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Kapolei, Hawaii, is seeking a Front Desk Agent who is fluent in English and Japanese to join their team. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, providing information on resort services, and ensuring a memorable guest experience. This role plays a crucial part in creating the first and lasting impression of Aulani’s guest services.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous cash handling and computer experience; ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment; strong multitasking skills; excellent customer service and communication skills; willingness to work any shift, seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be at least 18 years old
