Position: Front Desk Agent – Full Time, $32.74/Hour

The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in providing excellent guest services, greeting guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and enhancing their stay by providing information about resort services and activities. This position offers a fast-paced and rewarding environment where you can make a difference in guests’ experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous cash handling experience; previous computer experience; ability to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment; ability to multitask; enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests; must be at least 18 years old; full availability for any shift, seven days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
