Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle and resolve guest complaints professionally; detail-oriented with the ability to multitask; previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred; proficiency in using hotel management systems or reservation software is a plus; must be legally able to work in the USA
