Position: Front Desk Agent
About: InnVentures operates over 75 hotels in 20+ states for major REITs and private real estate owners, along with individual and family-owned hotels, utilizing proven management methods and revenue maximization strategies. The Hyatt Place Boulder Pearl Street in CO is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to create memorable guest experiences and handle guest inquiries and requests courteously and efficiently.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience in a guest-facing role in a fast-paced environment; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology; able to stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
