Position: Front Desk Agent
About: Front Desk Agents are responsible for providing outstanding guest service, registering guests, and settling accounts at a hotel. The role involves hotel operator, concierge duties, and maintaining high standards of service to maximize revenue and occupancy.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Positive attitude with a focus on customer service; Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge of hotel products and guest services; Ability to create a positive work environment
