Position: Front Desk Agent
About: InnVentures operates over 75 hotels in 20+ states for some of the Nation’s largest REIT’s and private real estate owners, as well as a portfolio of individual and family-owned hotels. They have a 40-year history of proven methods in management, development, and revenue maximization for major hotel brands. The TownePlace Suites Portland Vancouver, WA is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to create memorable guest experiences and serve as the first point of contact for guests during their stay.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology; capability to stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
