Requirements: College course work in a related field helpful; experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; computer experience required; customer services experience preferred; warm and friendly demeanor at all times; effective communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize; maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; comply with hotel standards and regulations; maximize productivity and problem-solving skills; cross-train in other hotel-related areas; maintain confidentiality and show initiative; perform other duties as requested by management.
