Position: Front Desk Agent
About: InnVentures operates over 75 hotels in 20+ states for some of the nation’s largest REITs and private real estate owners, as well as a portfolio of individual and family-owned hotels. With a 40-year history, they have established successful management, development, and revenue maximization strategies for major hotel brands. The Residence Inn Downtown Seattle Lake Union is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to create memorable guest experiences and handle guest inquiries and requests with courtesy and efficiency.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience in a fast-paced guest-facing environment ideal; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to stand for entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
