Requirements: Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or high-volume customer service industry; Passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction; Availability to work different shifts including days, evenings, and weekends; Strong computer skills; Team-oriented mindset
