Position: Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent at InnVentures, you will be the first impression for our guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, building lasting impressions and gaining loyal guests by handling all questions, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience where you have been guest facing in a fast-paced environment is ideal; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology; ability to stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
