Requirements: Excellent Written and Communication skills; Excellent Organizational and Prioritization skills; Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required; Experience with Opera; Able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation; Pushing/Pulling: Average weight 30lbs constantly; Lifting/Carrying: Average weight 30lbs constantly; Standing/Walking: Constantly. Standing the majority of scheduled shift; Kneeling/Crawling: Occasionally. Completing tasks throughout the hotel; Reaching: Occasionally; Available for holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts
