Position: Front Desk Agent
About: InnVentures, a company operating over 75 hotels in 20+ states, including Courtyard Portland Hillsboro, OR, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to create memorable guest experiences. The company has a proven track record of successful hotel management and revenue maximization for major hotel brands over its 40-year history.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience in a fast-paced guest-facing environment; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to stand for an entire shift, lift at least 25 pounds, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays
