Position: Front Desk Agent
About: The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing exceptional customer service, and managing guest accounts during check-in and check-out. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong conflict-management skills, and excel in decision-making to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner; detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred; proficiency in using hotel management systems or reservation software is a plus; must be able to legally work in the USA
