Position: Front Desk Agent
About: The Hilton Garden Inn Denver South Park Meadows is seeking a Front Desk Agent to ensure a positive guest experience and manage hotel administrative processes. The hotel is part of MCR, the 3rd-largest hotel owner-operator in the United States, with a portfolio of 148 premium-branded hotels across 37 states and 106 cities, employing over 7,000 team members and operating under various Marriott and Hilton brands.
Requirements: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn; Demonstrate the ability to multi-task; Demonstrate the ability to be detail-oriented; Demonstrate the ability to problem solve effectively; Basic English verbal and written communication skills; Work well in stressful situations; Basic math skills; Ability to obtain alcohol awareness certification; Proficient in Windows operating systems; Clear conveyance of information and ideas; Desire to serve all guests; Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
