Requirements: Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred; positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to follow guidelines; handle pace and pressure; effective communication and conflict resolution skills; hospitality and guest service mindset; 18 years of age or older; willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and adherence to break and clock-in/out policies
