Position: Front Desk Agent
About: JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to create memorable and unique guest experiences that go beyond check-in and check-out. As part of the Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, this role involves providing a wide range of services to enhance guests’ stays and ensure their needs are met throughout their time at the resort.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; ability to create a safe work environment, follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and present oneself professionally; physical ability to be on feet, stand, sit, walk for extended periods, and perform hands-on tasks such as lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
