Position: FRONT DESK AGENT

About: As a Front Desk Clerk at our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation. Experience with Opera PMS is required to manage reservations and billing processes effectively.

Requirements: Experience with Opera PMS is required; Previous experience as a front desk clerk or in a similar role is preferred; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction; Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Proficient in using Opera PMS and other hotel management software; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus; Familiarity with local attractions and amenities to assist guests effectively
