Position: Front Desk Agent
About: Grand Pacific Resorts, a hospitality company located at Hanalei Bay Resort in Princeville, Hawaii, is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service in a warm and friendly manner. This position requires good judgment and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of hospitality experience; professional telephone etiquette; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work diverse shifts, including weekends and holidays; fluency in English; physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move objects of varying weights; clear vision for navigating the resort environment
