About: Supervisor: General Manager. Guest Service Representatives are responsible for providing outstanding guest service during their stay, settling guest accounts, and handling reservations and concierge duties in a hotel environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; positive and upbeat personality; ability to handle guest complaints professionally; strong communication skills; basic math proficiency; knowledge of hotel policies and procedures; computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite; training new staff members
