Position: Front Desk
About: Front Desk/Guest Service Agent serves as the primary liaison to guests and is responsible for welcoming and registering hotel guests, explaining accommodations, and handling payments. The role involves responding to guest requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and complying with brand standards and company policies. Duties include checking in/out guests, handling reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining records and cash transactions.
Requirements: Good customer service skills; ability to work independently and with others; good communication skills; ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.; ability to give and follow verbal and written instructions; attention to detail; ability to multitask; displays good initiative; must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and various shifts; willingness to clean guest rooms in supervisor absence to ensure a perfect sell.
