Position: Front Desk

About: This role is for a Guest Service Representative at a hotel. The Supervisor for this position is the General Manager. The primary purpose of this position is to greet and register guests, provide exceptional guest service during their stay, and settle guest accounts. Responsibilities include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, hotel operator and concierge duties, ensuring courteous service, maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service; professional appearance and demeanor; ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve effectively; good communication and basic math skills; knowledge of safety and security protocols; training in security, alcohol, and health and safety; ability to work collaboratively with other departments; understanding of hotel policies and procedures; basic computer skills; training new staff; supporting a positive work environment; knowledge of hotel products and services
